By clicking “Accept” or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms on behalf of yourself or any entity you represent.If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should refrain from using the Services. All rights not explicitly granted herein remain reserved by Coalesce.

Definitions
To help you better understand these Terms, we have defined some key terms below:“Customer” refers to the individual or entity that registers for and uses the Service by creating an Ornasuite account. If you are creating an account or using the Services on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of the business, which will then be considered the Customer and bound by these Terms.
“Authorised User” means any individual or entity that the Customer grants permission to use the Service on their behalf. This includes employees, personnel, support partners, and third parties with whom the Customer shares its Ornasuite account credentials. The Customer remains responsible for the actions of all Authorised Users.
“We” or “Coalesce” refers to Coalesce Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
“Services” encompasses Ornasuite’s point-of-sale and inventory management solutions, along with any features, technologies, or functionalities provided by these products or services. This includes the Ornasuite applications (“Apps”) and the official website, ornasuite.com (“Website”). Your use of the Services is also subject to any limitations or allowances specific to your purchased Ornasuite plan.
“Content” includes text, graphics, audio, video materials, documentation, and any other information displayed within the Apps or Website, either perceivable by a person or accessible via assistive devices.
“You” refers to the Customer and, where applicable, includes any Authorised Users.
